Drain the banana flower from the water and place it in the wok with the curry paste. Saute for a few more minutes.   15. Stirring well.
  16. When all water will be evaporated and Banana flower will look dry.
  17. Add salt
  18. Add grated coconut and mix it very well.
  19. Cook for 3-4 minutes more.
  20. Add garam masala and ghee.
  21. Stirr and cook it medium flame.
  22. Ready to serve
  23. Now serve hot curry with steam rice.
