- Transfer to a plate to cool down until warm and then divide it into 3 parts of different sizes. Add pink colour making the smallest part darkest and largest part lightest. Knead well to mix the colour properly
- For the filling crush badam, pista and kaju to a coarse powder, add gulkand, chopped kismiss and elaichi powder. Mix and make long thin rolls
- Roll out each colour mixture, cut into roundels of 3 different sizes, smallest one is the darkest and largest one is the lightest
- Place 3 different roundels as shown, press a bit to stick them. Place stuffing and fold and press a bit
- Now roll carefully to form a rose 🌹
- Garnish with silver leaf or varakh and silver balls or as you desire
