Instructions to make Homemade Bounty Bars:
- Dry roast the coconut powder in a pan for about 1 min then add milk and sugar.
- Cook it in a low flame until it becomes crumbly and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Roll it in small rectangular shapes and keep them in refrigerator for an hour.
- Now take some dark & milk chocolate compound and melt it in a double boiler method.
- Now put the coconut cubes in it and coat the chocolates completely and keep the bars over aluminum foil or butter paper until the chocolate sets. Now make design over it with a spoon as in original Bounty Bars. Set it in a refrigerator for about an hour and enjoy them with your family and friends.
