Instructions to make Green tea Smoked Sprouted Ragi Cutlets:
- In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for cutlet except bread crumbs and oil.
- In the mixing bowl make a well in the middle and place a small steel bowl.
- Burn the charcoal till it red and place in the steel bowl.
- Immediately put few drops oil and 1tbsp green tea on the charcoal and close with a lid completely. Leave for 3-4mins.
- Remove the lid and charcoal bowl carefully.
- Now add breadcrumbs to the mixture and make cutlets.
- In a nonstick pan fry them with 2tsp oil till both sides turn brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
