Dambun Shinkafa Recipe: A Northern Nigeria Delicacy. Dambun shinkafa is a delicacy widely enjoyed in the north and gradually finding its way into the home of many. Tuwo shinkafa is a Nigerian "Swallow" which originates from northern Nigeria, popular among the Hausas. It is a thick pudding prepared from local rice that is soft and sticky.

- Nan ga mankulinmu, albasa an gyara an yankata,gyada daffafiya an bareta,ga carrot da peas,red da green bell pepper,attaruhu da tafarnuwa an jajjagah,spices dinmu da muka daka na hade da onga da thyme,sae curry,maggi da onga da doli.
- Ga hawan dambun mu na farko ya sauka saura hadi
- Zaki zuba albasa, gyada,attaruhu da tafarnuwa,maggi, spices da veg oil
- Saeki juya sosae ko ina y juyu
- Saeki wanke carrot da peas kisa ruwa kadan kisa kanwa kadan ki tafasa don su rage karfi,sae ki tace ki zuba akae
- Ki gyara zogale kisa a tukunya kisa ruwa da kanwa kadan ki tafasa ki tace ki ajiye a side.
- Toh anan step din ne zaki raba dambun uku daya ki barshi hkansansa ki zuba zogale ki maeda steamer kiyi steaming dinki harsae ya dahu yayi laushi.
- Na biyun kuma ki zuba curry yadda zae bada yellow color sannan kisa zogale kiyi steaming dinshi shima.
