- Now spices leaves till oil then add capsicum, carrots mix nicely
- Now take a egg and peel it
- Now heat the other frying pan take some oil then add eggs and fry it and prepared mixture
- Now remove the plates prepared mixture
- Now in a wok take some butter then put on half prepared spices mixture then sprinkle some fried onion, some chopped coriander leaf, some roasted dry fruit, and 3 tbs green peas now add 3 tbs curd
- Now spread some half cooked rice then again repeat same process in 2 time
- Top layer or rice then pour some pure ghee, curd,,saffron mix milk some fried onion, now pour the food colour
- Now turn on the flame now cover and cook for 8 min on lower flame
- Now turn off the flame and serve it hot it's done
