- Fresh olive oil into the another Hot pan, garlic ginger, dry chilies in, caramelize and extract rich flavor. And place cooked Chicken leg meat and potatoes. Add salt in it. After 10 mins add British Celery dices, and peanuts. Cook again for 5 mins
